Shoot enough weddings and you develop a kind of sixth-sense – the ability to look through a viewfinder and be aware of what’s going on around and behind you.
This shot taken at Essex wedding venue Gaynes Park is a perfect example. I was shooting group photos and was aware of guests taking pics over my shoulder. It was then a simple case of turning and getting these ladies attention before pressing the shutter. However, what really makes this shot is the way the lady in blues camera perfectly lines up with her eye. Pure luck, but wonderful nonetheless!
